Customer support
Every question about Shiftlog, including billing, reaches a person at the address below.
Contact us
j@covenantsystems.ai
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific. We reply to every message within one business day, and usually the same day.
Write from your work email and tell us the name of your organization. If your question is about a specific note, include the page link and we can look at the same record you are looking at.
What we can help with
- Getting in. Password resets, accounts that will not sign in, and invitations that never arrived.
- Adding and removing people. Your administrator can do this, and we can do it for them.
- Notes and history. Finding a note, correcting one, or recovering something that looks lost. Notes keep a revision history, so edits are rarely final.
- Email you did not expect, such as a daily digest or a reminder, and turning it off.
- Billing. Invoices, receipts, payment methods, changing your user count, and cancelling.
Billing and cancellation
Invoices are issued by Northstar AI Solutions through Stripe and arrive by email with a secure payment link. They are payable by card or bank transfer. We never ask for card details by email, and you should never send them to us that way.
Shiftlog is billed monthly with no commitment. To cancel, email us; the notice period is 30 days and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Ask us for an export of your notes before you go and we will provide one.
If something is broken
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and the approximate time help more than anything else, because they let us find the exact request in our logs.
If the site will not load at all for anyone at your organization, the most common cause is a network firewall rule that has not been updated. Your IT team needs to allow www.shiftlog.app. Send us a note and we will send them the details.
Security concerns
If you believe you have found a security problem, or that someone has access to an account they should not, email us with Security in the subject line. We treat those first, ahead of everything else. Please do not post the details publicly before we have had a chance to respond.
